This Victorian townhouse needed serious work – foundation issues, outdated systems, you name it. Now it's an art gallery that respects its past while meeting current building codes. Took two years but worth every headache.
Liberty Village Co-Working Space
Designed this spot for freelancers and startups who were sick of coffee shop WiFi. Natural light everywhere, plants that actually thrive indoors, and acoustics that let you take a call without annoying everyone.
Leslieville Laneway House
Squeezed a full two-bedroom home into a 650 sq ft footprint without making it feel like a shoebox. Vertical space is your friend, folks. Now it's rental income for the owners and affordable housing for the city.
Scarborough Community Hub
Probably the project I'm most proud of – a multi-purpose space that serves as library, meeting hall, and youth centre. Built with community input and sustainable materials, proving good design doesn't have to break municipal budgets.
Cabbagetown Victorian Refresh
Kept all the original crown moulding and restored the staircase, but gutted the back to create an open kitchen that actually works for how people live today. Old meets new without feeling forced.
King Street Retail Flagship
Fashion retail that doesn't feel like every other store on the strip. Custom lighting, flexible display systems, and a layout that guides customers naturally through the space. Sales went up 40% in the first quarter.
